SALFARD MINERALS was created to connect European manufacturers with reliable sources of industrial mineral raw materials. Our work began with the search for stable kaolin supplies for ceramic producers and gradually expanded to dolomite and feldspar. Today, we focus on building direct, transparent and practical supply chains between selected producers and factories across Europe. As an importer based in Poland, we organize deliveries directly to our clients under DAP terms, ensuring reliable sourcing, consistent deliveries, and flexible supply conditions tailored to production needs.

Applications of Kaolin

Ceramic Sanitaryware. Used in sanitary ceramic bodies for toilets, washbasins and related products, where kaolin supports whiteness, forming properties and firing stability.

Ceramic & Porcelain Tiles. Applied in ceramic and porcelain tile bodies to support body composition, forming stability, mechanical strength and firing performance.

Porcelain & Tableware. Used in porcelain and tableware production as a key raw material contributing to whiteness, smooth surface quality and refined final appearance.

Applications of Dolomite

Mineral Composite Products. Used as a mineral filler in composite products, including selected sanitary and construction applications where stable particle size and filler quality are important.

PVC Profiles & Compounds. Used as a mineral filler in PVC profiles, pipes, panels and compounds to support stiffness, dimensional stability, surface quality and efficient processing.

Rubber Compounds. Applied in rubber compounds as a mineral filler to support hardness, dimensional stability, formulation balance and cost efficiency.

"Dolomite is widely used as a mineral filler and a source of calcium and magnesium oxides. It helps improve formulation stability, particle packing, stiffness and cost efficiency in composites, PVC compounds, rubber and construction materials."

Applications of Feldspar

Ceramic Glazes. Applied in ceramic glaze formulations to support melting behavior, gloss development and surface quality.

Porcelain Tiles. Applied in porcelain tile production to help achieve dense, strong and low-porosity ceramic bodies after firing.

Sanitaryware. Used in sanitaryware bodies to support vitrification, strength development and stable firing behavior.

Feldspar is one of the main fluxing raw materials in ceramics and glass. It supports vitrification, reduces firing temperature, improves density and helps achieve strong, low-porosity ceramic bodies and stable glaze surfaces.
